Apple unveils long-awaited second retail store in Berlin, exclusive new wallpaper for your devices

It has been some time since rumors of a new Apple Store in Berlin started. Now, the company is finally promoting the Rosenthaler Strasse retail store page, which is expected to ‘open soon’.

On this Apple Store page, the company writes:

We support anyone who puts their ideas into action, tries something new, or starts from scratch. Because anything is possible in Mitte. And that is exactly why we are here.

Rumors about this second store in Berlin started a few years ago, but it wasn’t until this year that they became more regular. Last week, 9to5Mac reported that the Rosenthaler Strasse store may open in the next few weeks, and now Apple has confirmed it will open soon.

Apart from all the impacts of COVID-19, Apple has focused on new stores. Last Friday, the company reopened its Grove store in Los Angeles, with even more space. Apple CEO Tim Cook and Ted lasso the stars were among those present at the opening of the store.

Also, recently the company started hiring for the two new Apple Stores in India, which has generated a lot of enthusiasm among customers as these will be the first two stores in the country.

To celebrate the upcoming opening of the Rosenthaler Strasse store, Apple has also announced a new wallpaper for iPhone, iPad and Mac inspired by this store, which you can download here.

With the company saying the store will “open soon,” it’s still unclear how soon. Twitter user Trader posted a photo of the facade of the Rosenthaler Strasse store, showing that it will likely be in the next few weeks.
